- expert information from specially trained professionals regarding procedures and your rights and obligations in the context of domestic violence proceedings.
- support for court appointments.
- counselling to reduce stress.
What are the principles that govern the provision of psychosocial court assistance?
This is an additional service that builds on existing services, particularly the counselling and intervention centres against domestic violence (BISS), as well as the violence counselling centres.
The offer is both voluntary and free of charge for those affected by domestic violence.
The details of the incidents will not be discussed.
This service does not replace legal advice and/or therapy.
